“Nadia was very flexible with scheduling my service. As a first time recipient of professional cleaning, I didn’t know quite what to expect. I had some big jobs that needed attention along with the usual dust and polishing, general bathroom areas and a going over the carpet and tile. 2 1/2 hours were not enough for all the work to be done. They stayed a total of 4 hours to finish the top things on my list. I was impressed with their hard work ethics. I’m assuming the remainder of the smaller, maintenance things will get picked up next time, but it’s nice to have clean blinds again, along with a ceiling fan that looks practically new. “They sprayed a protectant on everything from my barstools, dining chairs, rugs, to the leather seats in my car. Protects from spills and odors from my dogs. It's eco friendly and safe to use around pets which is a huge plus in my book! I'm having cushions re-upholstered and definitely going back to have them spray the protectant on that as well. “I used Doug and crew at Vapor Lux to clean and restore my old Mexican paver's, inside and out of my home in San Diego. Doug ran into a little problem with my outside paver's. White appeared on the tiles after his process and I was disappointed in the end product. But Doug did not give up and came back to my home, I'm guessing 6 or 7 times, which was a long commute for him as I am in the middle of nowhere in San Diego County!Doug persisted until we finally got a beautiful finished product. The paver's look great! He refused to take any extra pay. Now that is integrity,5 stars plus!“
