I myself have never had an issue with customer service.. I've been going here for 3yrs. They don't speak English as clearly, so that may be why ppl think customer service is an issue?; but I've never felt they're rude at all! Even then, prices and availability of products is always great! So if I stumble across one rude employee, the deals will make up for it!
They have a good variety of nail items , gloves ,drills , nail files , acrylic powder ,monomer ,all the essentials at a very low price , they also have all need like wax warmer , wax beads ,latex gloves , soap refills , everything you can find at a nail shop , the clerk is also very knowledgeable on all items and has been very kind and not rude at all like most nail shops
Just wanted to write a review about the new store that just opened in San Gabriel on 517 East Valley Blvd. In the city of San Gabriel. Used to be a different nail spot. New owners completely new and it has everything you need for nails and more!! Every cosmetologist ,local beautician , nail tech must check out this new hot spot! Great prices great selection friendly staff.
