took my Moncler jacket here to get dry cleaned and apparently I’m supposed to tell them “P” solvents only. I told the lady it’s a down jacket n she did not really seem to care. They must of ran it with all the other clothes because the jacket is no longer puffy and is wrinkly. Will not be going here ever again. If you have something really nice and expensive to dry clean. Don’t come here.

The worst place ever. had been taking my cleaning there for years- brought in a few dresses a week. Second last time I went in I picked up a bunch of items for a trip. One dress I left in the packaging and hung it up as I wasn't taking it with me. When I returned a few weeks later- I put it on and noticed the zipper had split and disintegrated- probably ironed with something too hot. I brought it back and told them what happened. They told me that since it had been so long I probably wore it and get this- they said it was probably too tight on you and you broke it. And said it would be 20 dollars to fix. I told them politely that in all the years I had been coming and spent thousands why would I argue over a 20 dollar zipper -it was the principal of the matter. So they told me they would fix it for free. Didn't think much of it but said thank you so much. Next time I brought my cleaning and went to pick it up the owner who I had never actually met before pointed to a sign about refusing service and said they wouldn't accept my business. Utterly preposterous. I was so polite. Good riddance to these cheap fools- found a better place where they are lovely and do a better job (cleaners at The Landing).

I took a king-sized comforter there to be washed, and the lady at the counter quoted me a price of $50--which was fine. When I returned to pick it up, a different lady was behind the counter. I asked how much it would cost to have a twin-sized comforter laundered, and was quoted a price of $35. This made sense because the king-sized comforter was over three feet wider and ten inches longer.However, when I returned with the twin-sized comforter, the first lady was again working at the counter; she told me that it would cost $45.
