I highly recommend Top Armor Roofing for residential roof repair in the Goleta / Santa Barbara area. After the heavy storms of Feb/Mar 2023, many folks in my neighborhood discovered roof leaks due to the underlayment reaching its 20-year life span. I hope my neighbors will use Top Armor too. Their quote was the cheapest of our 3 bids, but I was not worried about sacrificing quality because I had a strong recommendation from a trusted friend. HAPPY! My roof is Gorgeous! I got several quotes from roofers and they were not the cheapest and not the highest. They were however, the quickest to respond and get a quote and came very highly recommended to me by someone I trust. I am so glad I chose them. John and Jon took their time going over quotes for several different options (I was a total pain making up my mind). Looked at three different bids. Top Armor was the cheapest. Before signing the contract we looked at three houses in the neighborhood that Top Armor had done. John and his crew are professional and very accommodating to the customers needs. He gave us several options for flashings or creating a roof line without flashings, shingles on the ridge or no. He had many colors to choose from and helped us make the best selection. We set a date and they showed up at 7:00 am and got right to work. The roof looks great and we are very happy.
