I've been here several times and it's always a great experience. The atmosphere is so peaceful (smells amazing from down the hallway, too). The staff are so welcoming and helpful. Had the best massage of my life with Nate. The pressure was perfect. He checked in just the right amount.
My husband and I had a wonderful spa day at the Four Seasons Westlake Village!
We stayed in one of their luxury spa suites, which was the perfect private retreat. The suite includes a private outdoor jacuzzi, large indoor jacuzzi bathtub, beautiful spa shower, two massage beds, a cozy fireplace in each room, and an indoor daybed where we spent hours relaxing.
We enjoyed a fruit plate and chocolate truffles, explored the spa amenities, and then returned for an incredible 90-minute couples massage. Both massage therapists were extremely talented, and the massage was truly outstanding.

I am a frequent local visitor, and I love this hotel and this spa specifically. They have all components of the luxury, relaxing, customer focused spa. This place is unique. All staff, the menu is exceptional! But I want to praise my nail specialist Esthella.
When I come in, my glass of champagne comes out right away, and I enjoy our conversation with Esthella while she is taking care of my nails making them look incredible and perfect.
She is very focused on the customer experience, and she makes my day every time I am there. Great job, Esthella!!!!?
