Sabena the spa manager went above and beyond to make my mom's 80th bday special. Because of Sabena you now have a customer for life. Staying at the Four Seasons my cost a little more, but it is WELL WORTH IT! Thank you for your continued high level of customer service.
Overall the spa was fantastic, the grounds were beautiful, clean, and lots of space for relaxation. I was really impressed with the outdoor area and all the pools. However, food was way over price. I paid $40 for a chicken salad that was awful. Prices for food are ridiculous. The drinks were ok, I ordered $200 worth of food and drinks which I didn’t mind but I also expect top quality for a 5 star spa.I also enjoyed that there were lots of cleaning janitorial keeping the facilities clean and they asked several times if I needed anything. I paid $220 for my massage and I do think it was worth it. I will be returning again this summer.
I have been coming to The Spa at this Four Seasons for years. Every time I come, I leave with a plan to book in again. They have done a couple of impressive upgrades at this spa, the renovations inside were completed last year (or maybe it was 2022). Then at the end of 2023, they built a huge pool area with an outdoor restaurant. I got to see this for the first time today, and I was flabbergasted. It is massive! The pool is huge, and they have so many different seating areas. I am a sucker for seating options. Bean bags, patio tables, large picnic tables, hammocks, loungers, you name it, they have it.
