This company is the real deal! I had over 3k in tax debt and they got that amount down to dollars! I highly recommend them to anyone struggling with tax debt.

SCAM! Absolutely terrible company! no communication! They did nothing for me and just took my money! Even the two people I talk to on the phone were just very rude and completely unhelpful! They are the worst. I’m going to report them to the Better Business Bureau!

These people did absolutely nothing to help me. They kept charging me every month and doing nothing. Then in the end they told me to call the IRS. Isn't that what I paid them to do? Horrible company

"I signed up with tax hardship center a year and a half ago, and the team had been really helpful walking me through the whole process. Lillian has always been easy to get in contact with and was willing to explain the process to me. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!"

I should have left up my original post . I hired them in 2021 to represent me for an offer in compromise to help settle tax debt . Over three years my case was mishandled as explained to me . I left a yelp review and reported to the better business bureau. After that was seen by them , I was assigned a new case manager and was promised better results . I paid more money to file my offer only to receive a notice that the IRS closed my offer due to lack of response. After reaching out I was promised my case manager would reach out and did not . Now I'm receiving threats by the IRS to levy my income . I'm only in debt after winning a sexual assault case settlement I was taxed for . I feel violated all over again ! This place is a complete scam . Zero results after paying them over 3000 dollars

This place is a Scam, we didn't get a contract, they debited our account without permission, they produced wrong information we didn't talk about. They contacted us 2 months after I reported to my bank as a scam.

****** S In this kind of field - the Company takes alot of ABUSE - People come to them in deep Tax Trouble - so they take it out on the very 'hand that they want fed'?? Doesn't work that way. Hello -Your working with a BUSINESS, these People have taken IRS Certification-Passed all parts of the Exam & Background Checks. Don't forget what they REPRESENT! They hold "FEDERAL RECOGNITION" & have a "TAX ID" (PTIN) preparer tax identification to do business & is the same in every State. They are Not your 'friend-You can Yell, be Rude &/or Abuse" for Your Own Mistake(s)! You have to show RESPECT, Courtesy & be 'Grateful With Patience'! MY EXPERIENCE WITH 'TONY G******** & PETER O***** was EXCELLENT! They were Accommodating, & Meticulous in the Process they take-so it is done Right the 1st Time. It is not a "Quick Fix game"-this is a SERIOUS ENDEAVOR. They take Pride in being thorough as it is a reflection on their business & how they operate with the IRS. It amazes me people complaining Don't consider they are "Not the only ones & want special attention now'-w/IRS is after Me!" "Attitude"-taking it out on these QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS by showing Great Disrespect!Remember - they didn't 'come to You' - You 'came to them'. THEY ARE THE BOSSES, with the EXPERIENCE to Help YOU; they have the HARD WORK IN FRONT OF THEM!- Cut them some Slack. Taking your Problem out on them by Cutting them down, Pushing, Hissing & Defaming them Only makes You Look Bad & makes their Job Harder (delays complaining). Let them Do their Job Their Way & have Trust - RESPECT, PATIENCE & PROFESSIONAL COURTESY DOES.

This company helped me save lots of money but at the end of what should have been a great closing with the company the management/supervisor of the company was rude and has no communication skills. He repeatedly called me ignorant. What kind of customer service is that!!!! What kind of leadership is that. I would not recommend this company to anyone because of that supervisor.
Responding to comments below. Mr Tony G didn't call me to congratulate me but to insult me. I called him a few times to find out what I needed to do with the letter I got. I was upset for the fact that he wasn't returning my calls. He sent me a text that I didn't understand. Finally getting a hold of him turned into a disaster. The reason it took so look to return the documents was correspondence was very poor. Mr Tony G needs to learn customer service .
