Front desk lady was very unhelpful. Told me I needed to go to urgent care and they don’t take care of rashes on skin even though it clearly states they do on the website.

My daughter saw nurse Jeanine Anderson for a vaccination and she was incredible! She could see that she was nervous and started out by sharing her background explaining that she had been a nurse for 40 years and has given a zillion shots. She gave her all the tips on how to relax and loosen up her arm so it wouldn’t hurt. She was so compassionate and caring and even took the time to warm up the vaccine with her hands so it would hurt less. Nurse Jeanine is so awesome she even had my daughter say thank you after getting a shot! She was wonderful and we are so lucky to have such an amazing nurse at our local target clinic!

Literally just need a physical to start. My CNA classes took over three hours. First the problem was I didn't have the right form even though it was the right form doctor just thought she knew better. Then it was a problem that was done elsewhere. ThenIt was a problem that it was properly filled out, even though it wasn't needed. During all of this when the form could've just easily been signed she refused and took multiple patients wasting my time. Luckily I barely made my deadline or she would be the reason I didn't get to go to my CNA classes. Terrible Unprofessional and a waste of time. Rather Die then come back here

Called the number provided online 20x literally 40 minutes trying to get through Got there and the dude there said the phone did not ring at all and that the number online is bot the number to the front desk Then come to find out apparently no one was there to see my son which that information wouldve been helpful if someone wouldve have picked up the phone Then I told the man i would make a complaint about the service he shrugged his shoulders and said oh well have a nice day Thanks for nothing

Over the course of 3 years, I've had the pleasure of using this clinic for a number of different conditions.Every time has been highlighted by superior service from a truly outstanding staff of practitioners...SO much better than my average Kaiser experience. From waiting room to exam rooms and even bathrooms, , even the physical facilities are superior!Today's "Dynamic Duo" , as I dubbed them, Amanda Lane, Nurse Practitioner, and Veronica Garcia, LVN, were warm, personable, solution oriented, great listeners and sources of excellent advice... even making buying the prescription at CVS in the building easy and affordable.Sylvia, the N.P. I've seen before, and her assistant whose name I've misplaced because of my TMB* were equal to them in every way.This is a RAVE REVIEW!*TMB - Too Many Birthdays!

I like this Kaiser clinic is convenient to schedule an appointment for non urgent visits. My son had a minor skin issue and was checked in quickly when we arrived. The nurse practioner answered all my questions and was professional. I'm a Kaiser Permanente member so this service is great for me.

My daughter needed to get cleared for sports and Kaiser couldn't get us in the Harbor City or Gardena locations, so they set up an appointment at this location. We loved it- no line, no waiting, super easy and professional. They do not have the ability to X-ray or scan, but great for standard appointments.
