I came here after trying other stretch services and being disappointed in them. After getting the introductory session I could immediately tell the difference and signed up for a package. They really take the time to understand what you need and make sure every session is customized for you. The team is super accommodating and easy to work with, which is something that is missing at a lot of places these days. If you want to give assisted stretching a try, this place should be your first choice.

Melinda was very knowledgeable and great in helping me stretch. I originally only booked a half an hour long massage gun only session. At the end of the session, she heard that I was going to run the New York City Marathon that coming Sunday, she extended our session and gave me free stretches. It was amazing. I decided to book a one-on-one stretch session with her after I’m back from the marathon. That session was also amazing. Getting the stretch from a precessional like Melinda felt very different from doing stretch on my own and it really helped release my muscle pain. Stretch Coast is the perfect answer to tight muscles and a sore back. A 25 minute session of massage gun and targeted stretching (where they do all the work for you!) and I leave feeling refreshed and flexible. Thanks, Melinda, for helping me manage my pain!
