Be aware of this lawfirm. If your case gets settled they will not show you the check the insurance issues to their lawfirm. Every injury attorney shows their client but not these thieves. Also they never answer to you when you need them and made me wait 5 years for my 1st case, the second accident I gave them the boot for doing a lousy job.

I fired this attorney in the end of November 2023 for slacking on my case giving me a lot of BS stories, they never respond when you're trying to reach them.I now have much better representation and in 3 months being with them I've have had a total of 6 injections through my lower back and cervical area while Devre Ross didn't do any of this for me and now i have more pain relief for hiring this new attorney. I'm glad i fired Devre Ross or else i would have really regret hiring them and for sure i would have lost my case. All Devre did she made me just do the 3 month of chiropractor and gave a bunch of bogus claims and after never answered my call when i needed to see a Painmanagment. Devere should not be an attorney. Fortunately i took someone's advice to get rid of her and that was the best move i ever made or else i would have lost big. Anyone reading this i hope you think twice of not hiring this law firm, they are like the attorneys you see on television commercials.

Never Use this Dump lawfirm for any of ur personal injury needs.They are a bunch of dirty rats pretending to be your friend.I had many cases with the least amount being paid to me.I never seen the checks issued by the insurance company.Ross Deposits and they hand u their own.so who knows how much u really get.I referred My brother for his 1st case.Not his fault.It took these scumbags almost 5 yrs to settle 2500dls property and pain and suffering.My cases were Straight forward.With police reports on my side.These lazy worthless fake lawyers took YEARS to settle.They will threaten u if u want to leave by charging u a big bill for nothing done.They file once ur done with all the treatment.Then when u call they return ur call in like a month or 2.My brother went again on my stupid advice and it's been 1yr+we got a new lawyer with a full staff of workers.And my new lawyer said my brothers case should have been done.Both of them Husband and wife Don't like to talk.Only text.Unprofesional.A lawyer should atheist call u within a day.And these fake Rats call u in a month then they apologize that they have fone issues.They both own top of the line fones with top of line expensive companies.They have a stupid receptionist that takes ur messages and to no reply.They blame everything on covid but yet they were working from home.They are Two tight wats to hire a nice team to get things moving.Instead they have a fucked up MENTALITY THAT THE CLIENT IS ON OUR TIME.Fuck these lawyers.I got ripped off by these thieves.Caused me other personal problems for taking too long.And I recommend the public to stay the fuck away from this dirty fake dump called ROSS AND ROSS.we will piss u off take our time return the calls when we feel like it and the client can't do shit about it.I referred these scumbags alot of clients and have regrets.Its all good.Live and learn.Most lawyers Specially Ross And Ross are thieves Crooks and liars.Go some where else.Never call them.I had to wait many years for my cases.None my fault.Always calling and a bunch of anger and frustration.Fuck this lawfirm.
