I had used Ninja Plumber before and I turned to them again. Our water heater went out after 17-years of service. Jonathan showed up at 5pm and gave me the option of installing one tonight or in the morning. It was late and I didn’t want to put him out, so I told him he could come back in the morning. He said he didn’t mind working late, and could get me hot water tonight, and there was no overtime charge. We said okay, and he got right to work. By 9pm we had a new water heater. Adam my technician was super nice and gave great customer service. Explained clearly what we needed and the company was very fast and efficient at making and appointment and doing the work in the same day. I would highly recommend using them, top notch.
