Best sports massage therapists in the valley. Jeri and Lanita are amazing and experienced. If you're looking for a deep tissue massage or sports massage, you definitely won't be disappointed!

I've seen Lanita twice for sports massage therapy. She's great and has hands of steel. Don't expect a relaxing massage. It's gonna hurt during, but has helped relieve my running aches and pains. Highly recommend if you want a legitimate sports massage.

Jeri has been helping me for many years. Whenever I have a problem she is able to heal me quickly. Since she opened Mend there have been times when I needed to see another therapists and I have to say they are all amazing.
