I've seen Lanita twice for sports massage therapy. She's great and has hands of steel. Don't expect a relaxing massage. It's gonna hurt during, but has helped relieve my running aches and pains. Highly recommend if you want a legitimate sports massage.
Jeri has been helping me for many years. Whenever I have a problem she is able to heal me quickly. Since she opened Mend there have been times when I needed to see another therapists and I have to say they are all amazing. I am grateful for these gifted souls who are able to work magic with their hands.
MEND has very directed modalities for many bodily concerns. I receive chiropractic treatments at Body Logic, next door, and MEND has the ability to see what my concerns are and suggest what would benefit me. The treatments vary and each one was awesome
