Dr Mary Powers is not just the best Plastic Surgeon I have ever met. She is an amazing person. I have been going to her for almost 20 years. I broke my nose when I was a teenager. I had two plastic surgeons ruin my nose several times. By the time I went to Dr. P, my morale was way down; I had a lot of scar tissue and loss of cartilage. I feel so blessed to have had the privilege to work with Dr. Powers twice. Once in the early 2000's and once again in 2023. Every aspect of working with Dr. Powers is delightfully enjoyable. Dr. Powers has a beautiful way of making her patients and their partners feel at ease and important. She has also hired the best office staff. Her office staff are sweet, funny, efficient and passionate about the work they do.As we were talking before my latest surgery I remember looking around the room at the beautiful smiling faces of my attending staff. I saw how diligent they were in their duties. They were doing everything humanly possible to ensure my comfort and safety. It was clear that they wanted to make sure that I was informed and comfortable.I felt blessed to have such an amazingly talented group of people to look after me. When Dr. Powers saw me looking around she kindly asked me if I was okay and I said oh, yes I am just admiring my dream team.In addition to her megawatt awesomeness she is a skilled and thoughtful surgeon. Dr. Powers makes the most beautiful sutures. When I got my breast implants, liposuction and mini tummy tuck done in 2000 I remember so vividly how in awe of I was of her stitches. The first time I sought out Dr. Powers I was in my mid 20's and I felt insecure and uncomfortable in my own body. I found it hard to look at myself naked or be seen naked. I needed Dr. Powers after my 2nd baby had turned 1 or two years old. My 2nd pregnancy left me feeling like I was swimming in a sea of loose skin and stretch marks. I had rapidly gained and lost a lot of weight in a short period of time. As I was recovering from my surgery I remember looking at my sutures in complete awe. They were so small and so perfectly put in that I found it hard to believe that they were done by a human being. I would have sworn they were done on a sewing machine.Between her gluing my skin, stitching my skin and placing vitamin E oil tape over the stitches I was left with nothing more that an indistinguishable crease line that seemed to be a naturally occurring pattern on my skin.In addition to her great skills and work ethic she is a delightful person to talk with. Her impressively wide depth of knowledge extends in so many directions I always find myself learn something new. All you have to do is talk with Dr. Powers briefly to see how truly remarkable she is as a Surgeon and as an individual person. Hand to goddess without fail I always find myself gut laughing during every conversation we have.

Dr.Mary Powers is so amazing at what she does! I am almost 3 years post op, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. She has a great bedside manner, and she's so easy going and funny. She chose the exact right size of implant for me and I showed her photos of what I wanted and she gave me exactly that. So grateful to have found Dr.Powers! Would recommend 1000%
