We had several choices for realtors in this market, but chose Frank because of his personal and professional attitude. We were selling our home of 24 years which made it an emotional sale, compounded with a few other details, such as moving out of state and helping our college aged children find new places to live. He was always available to listen and made the paperwork part of this seem like nothing. He presented us with market research and helped us set an asking price that was above what we originally thought we might get. His marketing team moved in and took pictures and video, got us on the MLS and we got an offer over asking the first day ! He made sure no details were missed and met with inspectors and agents in our absence. The whole transaction went smooth and closed on time. He is a consumate, detail oriented professional. I have heard horror stories about deals falling out, missed appointments that broke deals. If you want to avoid those kinds of issues, pick wisely when you chose an agent. Frank has been in the Conejo valley for years and knows all the ins and outs and will get your house sold.
