I tried three well known Ventura County attorneys but I lost all custody and wasn't allowed to see or contact my kid after false allegations against me.
Then I hired Marc Dion and he won an unwinnable case. First he got me 50/50 custody. Then he got me full custody. My kid is finally happy and no longer stressed out.
The best thing you can do for your case and your child is to 1) hire Marc, 2) do everything he says, and 3) do NOT do anything he says not to do.
He will try harder and care more than any other attorney in Ventura County, and his approach gives the best chance of success.
Having to go through any type of court situations is hard enough on anyone especially when you do not know what your rights are. I have been corresponding with Marc for years and have referred a few friends to him and they have all hired him for several reasons, so let me go ahead and list those reasons out: 1. Marc cares, not cares about the financial gain but genuinely cares for people. 2. Marc listens with the intent to understand and not with the intent to judge or shove laws down your throat. 3. Marc is a professional through and through and if he can't help you with your case he will tell you upfront. He is honest, sincere, and works hard for you. 4. Marc has the best communication skills that I have yet to encounter with any other attorney. He is thorough with each and every case that he has worked on. I truly cannot emphasize how grateful I am to have stumbled upon Marc. He is definitely a diamond in the rough in a pool of endless attorneys and a diamond that shines with a true heart which is rare to come by (no shade to other attorneys but I am speaking from experience). So, if you want an attorney who will not just listen to you but will also fight for what is best for all parties and will do so with a heart, then he is the attorney you want to hire.
