Front desk rude and Dr Daphne P. didn't want to help me at all but 90 dollars changed to my insurance. I don't recommend this Dr at all.

Had such a wonderful time a couple years ago with the Mohs surgery I decided I had to come back for more!

So bizarre - same type of growth, but on the opposite side of my mustache line. I knew exactly what it was, so I scheduled the official biopsy.

Juana was incredible. For me, the worst part is the lidocaine injection in my upper lip. I made this clear in no uncertain terms. Juana was patient, understanding, empathetic. I arrived 30 minutes ahead of my appointment time and she applied a topical anesthesia to lessen the initial lidocaine effect (which only lasts a few seconds, but seems like an eternity to someone with zero pain tolerance). Gave me a squeeze ball, calmly had me relax, breathe slowly and steadily, close my eyes, and it was done!

I’ll have the results in 1-2 weeks, but I’ll be incredibly surprised if I’m not back here shortly after.

If you go here I whish you the best of luck. They kicked my son out of the office for being 5 minutes late even though he was in line with his mom for over 20 minutes. Even worst though was when seeing my wife they misdiagnosed her with vitiligo within in 2 minutes of seeing her. When my wife asked her about other skin concerns she was told that she would have to make additional appointments. This was all because the, so called doctor, wanted to get to the office party. My wife was sitting there in tears and was basically kicked out. They are not only bad doctors but very rude people as well. Save yourself the money and head over to Conejo dermatology. My family and I have been going to Conejo Derm. for years now. They are absolutely wonderful there.

I have never seen Dr. Panagatacos myself, but my daughter and I have been seeing the N.P.'s, and they have been amazing. So kind and thorough. I highly recommend!

Don’t bother their ethics are awful and full of entitlement. If their run late and they do all the time I had to wait 45 with my 4 year old and that’s okay but if you run 9 min late becuse life to predict unpredictable and you called them to let them know they don’t bother to take care of you they will force you to reschedule. And the receptionist is so rude this is not place here you will e cared but pushed around!!!!!!!

I have been going to Dr. Panagotacos for over 20 years. She is always friendly and very knowledgeable in her field of work. Very punctual and has always exhibited EXEMPLARY customer service. Her staff is always friendly and kind from check in to check out. Dr. Panagotacos is one of the best in her field.

I don't know that I've ever taken the time to write a recommendation for a doctor's office before but after my third visit here I feel compelled. Top notch service and you don't feel rushed. The scheduling people, billing, and doctors are all so nice and patient focused! I've had reoccurring skin infections and I'm finally getting better. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top tier dermatologist office!

I can’t recommend Esthetician Linda enough! She truly listens to my skin concerns and takes the time to address them with care and expertise. Each appointment feels personalized and relaxing, and my skin has never looked better. She’s knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely passionate about what she does. I’ve noticed such a positive difference in my skin since I have started seeing her, always leave feeling confident and cared for. I can’t say enough great things about Daphane Panagatacos Skin Care Center! Dr. Mojan Deriss is an exceptional dermatologist who goes above and beyond with each visit. Horrible Horrible customer service!!! It’s all about the money, Not patient care… I have been going here a long time and it keeps getting worse. I have been waiting for a call back for over 3 weeks after leaving multiple VM for my doctor to call me back, and today finally got a call back from the medical assistant that tells me she doesn’t like my attitude because every time they call it’s make an appointment lol I said to pay another 65.00 co pay just to ask a question about trying to get approval for my meds that I have been waiting for over 2 months for? Then she says I don’t like your attitude 😂 ok ❄️.. I will be finding a new skin dr that cares and understands why someone would be frustrated with the big ins companies making you wait while you need your meds. But yes I’m frustrated with all the staff as I have never been to place where almost every employee there is Rude and Disrespectful. Stephanie my PA is awesome and would be great in a more family caring dermatologist. Hope you all make the right pick for your care before you go here.

They just cancel the appointments without informing you, don't have the courtesy to call and let the patient know.
