So glad I met Maria Helena and experienced her healing practices! Her brazilian movement class is fun, energizing and soothing. Sound baths here are delicious. Her energy healing is magical! I feel so fortunate to have found this treasure ??

Maria is a powerful and transformative healer, and she has created a beautiful and magical space at her studio. Her energy and how she works is very gentle and collaborative - attuned to your needs and your comfort.
