I have been a customer of Cathy's for years. Her facials have significantly improved my skin, and she offers fabulous advice on proper skincare. After each facial, I feel completely rejuvenated! She also provides other beauty services such as threading and waxing. She is super easy to reach for scheduling appointments. If I can't reach her via phone call, I can text her, and she responds the same day! She always provides fantastic customer service. I arrived early for my last appointment with her today, and she was happy to see me right away. I am not one for beauty services (I don't go to salons frequently even for hair services), but I am always delighted to see Cathy for my skincare needs.

I have been going to Cathy for over 10 years and despite living over an hour away from her (2 hours roundtrip!!), I will gladly continue to make the drive up to see her because she is the absolute BEST! When I first moved to California I was lucky enough to discover her in the Thousand Oaks area as that is where I lived at the time, and I'm so thankful I found her! Cathy is a perfectionist when it comes to eyebrows and all things skincare, and that is absolutely what I needed. She takes the time to ensure you are getting the proper treatment and service, and always is SO kind and warm each time you see her. I moved away from Thousand Oaks and did my best to find someone to replicate what Cathy does and was not able to...so yes, that is why I will drive two hours round trip to see Cathy as no one comes close to the magic she does with my eyebrows! Go see Cathy at Salon 3835 (where she currently sets up shop) you will be glad you did!

Cathy is an incredibly kind and skilled esthetician! I have been going to her for acne facials since I was 12 years old (I'm now 20), and she has helped my skin a lot. My mother has gone to her since the 1990s and my cousin has been going to her since her pre-teens as well; they also have nothing but praise for her. Apart from being a wonderful person, Cathy is highly skilled at what she does. I’ve recently started going to her for facials and eyebrow threading and can’t imagine myself going to anyone else. I highly recommend Cathy, located inside "SALON 3835" right next door to Trader Joe's in Westlake Village on TO Blvd. Cathy is not only one of the best skin care people I know, but she is extremely accommodating and professional! Love her facials, so relaxing, I sometimes fall asleep. Best time for me is to make my appointment after a BIG STRESSFUL DAY....I am in heaven there and then I go home, pour myself a glass of wine and enjoy the memories! I've been a customer of Cathy's for many years now and drive 20+ miles for her services. Her facials are very professional and soothing. I can relax and enjoy the time she takes to care for my skin! Hard to even find somewhere that you can be cared for and enjoy at any price! She is excellent and has a wide range of facial services that are reasonable priced. I'm grateful she survived the pandemic shutdown and happy to be able to continue going to her.
