My daughter is 11 years old and took 9 classes at California Dance Theatre during the 2025-2026 season. There are not enough words to express what this studio has meant to her, and our entire family. As a California Dance Theatre alumni myself, I chose to spend my every waking moments there, and the studio helped teach me so much about myself. Now, she is having this same experience and flourishing.

My 12 year old daughter has been dancing at California Dance Theatre for over four years now and we feel so blessed to be part of this wonderful dance community! The Ballet curriculum is superb and is like no other studio in the area. The other styles taught there, including Contemporary, Jazz, and Hip Hop, among others, are also top notch. My daughter feels extremely supported by all of the teachers at CDT and has made so many wonderful friends. I recommend CDT to any young dancer looking for an excellent dance education, at a studio that prides itself on being supportive, kind and a lot of fun!!

My 9 year old daughter has always been a lover of ballet and we were so happy to find CDT which offers both classical ballet training, as well as many other styles of dance. She has been dancing at CDT since she was four and has had five amazing years. It’s so convenient to have one dance “home” where she can thrive in CDT’s amazing tap program, jazz, and musical theatre as well.
