I cannot say enough good things about the care Butter received here, especially from Dr. Anderson and the entire team.
During the last six months of Butter’s life, Dr. Anderson treated him with such patience, gentleness, and genuine compassion. Every visit felt unhurried and thoughtful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question with kindness, and always made Butter’s comfort the priority.
The entire staff was equally incredible. From the front desk to the technicians, everyone showed such care, empathy, and attentiveness during an incredibly emotional time. I never once felt rushed or alone in the process.
After Butter passed, the team sent me a beautiful handwritten card that they all signed and mailed. That gesture meant more to me than I can express and speaks volumes about the kind of people who work here. It wasn’t just professional care, it was truly human.
I am deeply grateful for the respect, compassion, and kindness shown to Butter and to me during his final months. I would wholeheartedly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a veterinary team who truly cares.

Dr. Anderson and his staff are fantastic. I had a very sick Sulcata Tortoise. I called approximately 20+ veterinarians trying to get an immediate appointment but was unable to for at least 5 days out. I was very afraid my tortoise wouldn’t make it. Then I found Anza Animal Clinic. They were able to get him in very quickly. Needless to say my tortoise is on the road to recovery thanks to Dr. Anderson and his staff.
Dr. Anderson and his staff are kind, empathetic and truly amazing. I’ve seen/met many veterinarians over the years, but Dr. Anderson is by far # 1 with me. I highly recommend Anza Animal Clinic.

Our dog Bailey had a skin infection and went to urgent care on weekend then the staff at Anza animal clinic gave him medicated shampoo and pain meds!!

Dr. Andy Anderson is simply the BEST vet and well worth my driving all the way from Encino to Thousand Oaks to ensure that my fur babies get the absolute best care in all of So. Cal!!! Not to mention that Anza Animal Clinic has the best vet team in the world - Laura Lincecum is the greatest Vet Tech ever and takes great care with all our animals. As a pet guardian to (currently) 3 dogs and 4 cats, the quality of care they receive is very important to us. I know that at Anza they will all be getting first rate care, and we are all treated with respect, kindness and patience. Thank you, Anza for all you do for all of us!!!

Anza got our sick, senior kitty in very quickly. They were amazingly kind and caring and quickly determined he had a large mass blocking his throat. We were given multiple options and expert advice that assisted us in making the horrible but necessary choice to end his suffering. I cannot emphasize enough how great the staff was. Every staff member treated us and our precious fur baby with gentle concern. They helped us every step of the way and even sent us a sympathy card personally signed by every staff member. I highly recommend Anza Animal Clinic if you are looking for superior quality care for your pet family members.

We recently moved to Ventura County and our two cats were due for their yearly check-up and shots. The entire staff were very friendly and informative. The doctor was very gentle with our two cats, which is very reassuring because one of our cats is very skittish. The visit went smoothly and we definitely recommend this facility.
