This service only does dryer repairs on stand alone units or if the customer de-installs dryer themselves. This defeats the purpose of calling a service technician since once the dryer is removed anyone can repair themselves after watching a YouTube Video. Not sure what the point would be in hiring someone when I would have to do the difficult part of the job, myself.

Great service! Our dryer wasn’t heating and was also making noise. The tech came out, knew what the problem was immediately because he was familiar with the LG model. And he was right! The best part was that he had all the parts on the truck and was able to fix the dryer in 30 min. Yay!!!! Thank you !!

I called yesterday to have someone come and look at my clogged dishwasher. Mike, the technician, was truly above and beyond. I highly recommend him for his knowledge, experience, efficiency, integrity, communication skills. He gave me options and his labor was fairly priced. He was polite and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend!
