Everything about my experience here was lovely! The front person was very kind and gave options of being discreet while talking about my issue in a room full of people. They dealt with me as a new patient very timely, with lots of others in the waiting room being seen as well. I had very pleasant conversations and genuine sweetness from the medical staff, and they made me feel extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

West Sacramento Urgent Care exemplifies the shortcomings of the American healthcare system. I was deeply disappointed by the lack of sensitivity displayed by Dr. Lewis. I visited the clinic for an extremely painful ear infection, and while the receptionist was exceptionally gracious, Dr. Lewis spent only about five minutes on my examination. Although I understand that he had other patients to attend to, what truly marred my experience was being prescribed a $400 medication for a simple ear infection without any prior notice of the cost. Upon discovering this at the pharmacy, I tried to request a more affordable alternative, but Dr. Lewis remained unresponsive to my situation, despite the ongoing pain I was experiencing. This experience left me deeply disheartened by the level of care provided.

Went in for tooth pain, guy at the front desk was nice and informative. They briefly checked my mouth, prescribed antibiotics and recommended following up with a dentist. Considering that they are not a dentist, I felt this visit was successful.

Had an awful experience here. They don't stock basic diagnostic supplies, the doctor didn't listen to me about my problem, prescribed a bunch of different meds I didn't need, and they wouldn't see me again when the meds didn't work. Go to the south land park urgent care, it's much better.

Going to this place for years. The Dr is great, efficient, saw me when I broke my hand. Jessica is fantastic, always looking out for me and knows my health issues. Jeremiah check my last respiratory infection. Miss Suzie, who I first met. I trusted this office.

Online hours say they close at 9pm but it was 8pm when I came and it was closed already

Have nothing bad to say about them. The longest I've waited to be seen when I came in was an hour due to a lot of other people being in there. On average, if I came in due to an immediate health concern that I couldn't be seen for by a doctor right away but needed immediate care, I relied on this walk in urgent care. The doctors there are very caring and professional. This is the best walk in urgent care I've been to. Went in for a scraped cornea, ear infection, and then for a toe sprain. Conveniently located and fast care.

They said my insurance would cover, but then billed me $361 for less than 5 min with a doctor. Doctor was pushing drugs pretty hard. Even when I said I didn’t want the prescription of ibuprofen, he wrote one and insisted.
