Have been a loyal customer for many years. Apparently they have a policy to not even give you an appointment if you don't have insurance. No out of pocket or private pay options are considered. No insurance = no appointment. I had a lapse in eye coverage and they would not even give me an appointment even though my coverage had been re-initiated. They initially gave me an appointment, then called me and canceled it because they forgot to get my insurance information. Not a great way to keep a long time customer.

After more than 10 years of being a loyal patient, I am deeply disappointed to say that I will no longer be returning to this office due to the unprofessional and rude treatment I received from Dr. Mega H. Anasco, OD.
During my recent visit, I opted not to have my eyes dilated, which led to an unnecessarily condescending and hostile response from Dr. Anasco. She scolded me in a mean and dismissive tone, stating she could not assess my cataracts because I had declined dilation. When I inquired further, she responded dismissively, saying she couldn’t know if I had cataracts because I declined the procedure. This interaction felt rude, unhelpful, and uncalled for, especially since I had never been informed of any cataract concerns in previous visits.
Additionally, Dr. Anasco criticized me for not having been to the office in over two years, despite my busy schedule. Her tone was patronizing, and I felt belittled and treated like I was not a valued patient. I’ve always had a good relationship and trust with Dr. Wampler, but the treatment I received from Dr. Anasco was simply unacceptable. I do not appreciate being chastised or spoken to in such a disrespectful manner.
To add to the disappointment, the office assistant was unprofessional, and my wait time was over an hour. While I can understand delays, I cannot tolerate rude, nasty, and condescending treatment.
Based on my recent experience, I do not recommend this business. I will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward and will also be having a new exam due to the incompetence I experienced from both the assistant and doctor.

I had an amazing experience getting my annual eye exam here. The optometrist was very knowledgeable, taking the time to make sure I understood my prescription and any eye health concerns. I never felt rushed, and the whole visit was comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helped me pick out a stylish pair of frames. The quality of the lenses was outstanding, and the prices were more than fair considering the level of care and attention to detail. I will definitely be coming back!

I've only visited the location to purchase glasses as we get prescription services through our medical insurance, but this office is great. Convenient location with plenty of parking. They offer tons of options all within our insurance plan price. We pay our copayment and we are ready to go. Once the frames broke and we went back and they replaced them for free because we had them for under 6 months. Great experience all around.

Eye exam. First time, picked location due to close to home. Staff was very nice but the Liz Claiborne frames were $227 and on line they were $123. I will get my glasses next time at Walmart.

I did not have a positive experience last year, but I went back again this year to give them another chance. I had to have five follow up appointments to get my contact lenses correct, and even now, I feel like they aren't great. One time I was waiting so long in the chair with no word on when someone was going to come back that I just walked out. I was told multiple times that it was my fault I could not get my new contacts out of my eye even though I have been wearing contacts for 30 years. There was even a billing increase that no one could explain why I was charged more. I will not be going back and I wish I could get my money back. I just now grabbed some readers just so I could read. Super disappointing. I do like the frames I got but they were super expensive, even with insurance.

The team was very friendly, welcoming, and efficient! I had a great visit. I especially appreciated them being able to see me the day after I called for an appointment, though that was mostly due to luck with cancellations.
