Dmitry was great. I couldn’t figure out why the error code was coming up on my dishwasher and he was able to come out within a day of the problem occurring. Diagnosed the issue and got the part ordered and installed the next day. Would use them again for other appliances.
We were very pleased with the customer service. Dmitry was professional, courteous and respectful of our home. He explained things clearly and completed the job in a timely matter. Our refrigerator works like it is brand new now. It is clear that their company cares about doing their best and providing great customer service.
We had an amazing experience with Simple Fix. Our dryer started making an insane noise that prevented us from using it. Dimitry came out the same day and performed maintenance which made our dryer work just like new!
After hearing he repairs ALL major appliances, I had him look at our fridge and our non-working ice dispenser. He took additional time that I didn’t bring him out for and he was able to determine the part we needed. He ordered it for us and came back a few days later and installed!
