ProFloors did an outstanding job start to finish with an 850 sq ft commercial space we needed new flooring for.

We had our home floors installed by them in 2020. Like most companies, their salesmen said all the right things and gave us a great price. But when it came to install they did a poor job and tile pieces under the vinyl planks. They came back to "repair" but they only fixed half of the issues. It was such a hassle the first time to get them to come out that we decided to just deal with the other two areas. After 2 years we have 3 damaged "life proof" planks and pro floors refuses to come out and fix the damage because they only do commercial now.

I have used ProFloors three times now and they have been incredible. I had short time lines and they turned my units so fast. I really appreciate my customer service rep Randi. She is always willing to to help and takes my call at all times of the day. Great Service
