This is my go-to spot for massages! Jenny and her team are incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. The place is a bit hidden but plenty of parking and very clean. I go in at least once a month as I suffer from chronic migraines. Their care has made a noticeable difference in managing my pain. Highly recommend!
The massage is totally worth it! The lady at the front desk is extremely kind and welcoming, for those of you like me who wfh and don’t have a lot of people interaction. The young massage therapist is professional and considerate with your tolerance for deep tissue, unlike some places I’ve been too! The oil feels great and is not heavily scented. They don’t massage feet in the 60 min package, but they do massage your scalp to ankles in addition to your arms. Maybe I should have asked for feet too…Will inquire next time!
Jenny is one of the best massage therapists in Sacramento! I have tried over a 100 in the area including most of the massage envy staff. Jenny is the best! I have chronic neck and back pain from guitar playing and I leave there feeling amazing everytime. Definitely check her out if you want a great massage.
