This review is for Leni and Lori. Both of these woman worked tirelessly and often after hours to make sure our needs were met. Every obstacle (and trust me there were a lottt) was handled with care and determination. Leni treated us with genuine respect and made us feel like a top priority throughout the entire process. Wow! Lori Hawkins and her team have mastered the art of customer service. Someone "might" suggest they are too aggressive, but when you have a great product and you believe in it, you want your customer to succeed byhaving what you offer. Nothing wrong with that. And they are so professional. A win win for everyone. Oh. Surprised by my review? You might be. I didn't even take out a mortgage with them. Decided instead to be one of the many leaving California. BUT ... if I was to need a mortgage, this is the place.
