I got in an accident and my car was towed here. The entire time i have been in communication with them, they were SO nice. I was helped by Irene twice. She's very kind, has great customer service and helped me effortlessly!!!! I showed a little bit of stress and felt bad but she didn't she one sign of attitude or being upset. I appreciated it being 5 months pregnant, having to have been in an accident and then dealing with the fees from my car. I was stressed!!! But she even helped me lift the airbag while getting in to check my dash. She allowed me to come and grab things and try to show my mechanic the lights on the dash. Just all around was amazing. "GOOD BUISNESS!" Very warm, and respectful communication. Attentive to my needs, and all around pleasant experience. I read all of the reviews on this place prior to using them, so I was on watch for the behavior that was reported in these reviews. It was not there. I have got to be one of the most picky, and demanding customers around and this company checks out. Good job dollar tow.
