Over the almost 10 years I have owned this house, I have had a few different AC companies come out for work and inspections. My emergency last minute appointment with CABS was hands down the most thorough inspection and best customer service I have ever had. Brigham L. - the tech who came out - showed me photos and videos of everything, talked me through everything, fixed the problem with the AC, explained why there was even a problem in the first place, charged me what I thought was a fair price, especially given the same day service. I would absolutely use CABS, and request Brigham again.

Michael is a good service person with good personality and swift service to restart my A/C; however, I have not received any maintenance report and/or repair report, invoice/receipt yet as of now.

If I could give Sean a 10, I would! Prompt, professional, personable…and he knows his stuff. Sean described everything he did, replaced a part, found and fixed a safety hazard,- all without trying to “sell” anything. He made suggestions that saved me several hundred dollars, as well. Best service!
