these people will not answer phones and will lie to segwick to closes cases. they don't communicate with patients about scheduling. they hate to pick up the phone! they have stank attitudes !!! record them all the time. they are liars! fire everyone to improve this hell hole

Staff has always been friendly. Wait times are unfortunately ridiculously long, maybe due to a staff shortage. This establishment is where my work requires me to go for any work related injuries. I had irritation in my eye and upon looking in the mirror with a flashlight, I was able to locate a foreign body in it. I believed it to be metal (it was) and was sent here for treatment. When I was examined I told the doc exactly where he would see something in my eye. He appeared bothered and asked that I let him do his thing. He did his routine check and reported back that nothing was there. I noted what he said and mentioned how strange that was and that it must have come out during my wait to be seen. Within 20 minutes of leaving and returning to work, I immediately looked in a mirror only to find the same piece of metal STILL in my eye. I proceeded to be seen at Kaiser where it was properly taken care of and removed. I understand that urgent cares are not eye specialists nor do I expect them to be. HOWEVER, if I can locate a foreign body in my eye with the vision of my naked eye, how does a doctor not notice it with his naked eye OR the magnified lenses? How do I know he didn't lie about seeing it, and just discharged me because he knew he wouldn't be able to treat me? At that point just be honest and I will see to being treated elsewhere. Then again, perhaps it was a genuine mistake. Who knows. All I know is im not happy about the experience, hence the review. I was forced to be seen for a follow up appointment, in which I notified this doctor of his mistake. His words were unfulfilling to hear to say the least. From what I remember there was an apology, however it was void of any accountability and full of excuses. Hopefully if there are any other mistakes made by this man they are caught quickly and fixed by a medical provider before any worsening symptoms occur. I hate to think what could have happened with my eye I had not checked it myself and believed what he told me when he discharged me. I consider myself a very calm, patient and reasonable individual. However my experience will not be ignored and swept under the rug, as I feel it has been. Enjoy the review, that is all.

Was sent here by a prospective employer for a physical was told I could go between 2:30-3:30 without issue and walkin. Arrived and was told they e stopped taking physicals for today and could not tell me when they stop taking physicals each day. I drove from a different city for this physical. This place is a joke.

Been here several times and always "hours" long wait. Got here at 8:30 thus morning and was told a 2-3 hours wait to come back at 12. Came back at 11 for a DOT physical and here it is 3:15 and still waiting. Checked back in a few minutes ago and was told 2 people ahead of me. Waiting for a room. I've seen MANY people come and go. DO NOT PATRONIZE this facility. I hear same story from everyone from my company that comes here. If there were negative stars, I'd give the a -5 stars!!

If I could give zero stars I would don't waste your time here just go with ur medical provider if its through workers comp dont even bother coming here waiting time is long and workers here are trash. ur better off at the er. They will not even check you properly nursers and staff unproffesional

This place is absolutely awful the wait time is beyond ridiculous and their staff let me not say staff...I'm going to say the manager is beyond incompetent acting like she was afraid to do her actual job and question the practitioner which was an elderly black lady who didn't give two fs on what was actually going on with me. Walked in for 2 secs walked out to get meds I requested based on info she gave me said it'll be a shot in the arm never saw her again. The nice ladies who came in said it's a mandatory butt shot which I was appalled then irritatedly denied due to being misinformed by the practitioner. Then with no evaluation or asked how comfortable was I to do anything work related had the nerve to give me a work modification stating I could pretty much continue work as normal. Said they wouldn't change then the manager said she don't think she can get the practitioner to come in and actually do her job blew me and had the nerve to ask me why I have an attitude. They did give me a back brace thanks to the lady who cared. Didn't offer a different source of pain meds I left furious looking at legal action now. 1 stars is for the ladies who understood.

I was direct to Concentra Urgent Care after work injury. First visit was approximately 4 hours. My follow up visit with an appointment approximately was 3 1/2 hours. The said redone for wait was room availability. If you can avoid Concentra please find another urgent care.

If you need to go here for some work related reason plan ahead. Plan at least two hour wait. Very busy. It is better to go early in the morning.

I wonder if Yelp would allow negative stars for reviews, if it does, this place deserves a -5.Stay away from this location. I went in for occupational injury. Wait time was two hours. I left 2 different phone numbers for them to call me when I was next in line. Waited 2 hours never gotten a call. I went in before they close. I was told they called my number 3 times, went straight to voice mail. I asked if they called both numbers, no definite answer. They scrambled to look for my registration forms to verify my phone number smhLike verifying my phone numbers would likely have me to be seen by a physician?! Or just to justly their lies?! Someone had tossed my forms, and they were found in the trash. I was told i wouldn't be seen today and they forced me to take the forms, which were found in the trash?! And ask me to come back the next day?!I wonder if it's even a common practice for this CLINIC to ask patients to take things, that's been in the trash?! Overall, completely and utterly unacceptable and unprofessional. There were three of them and couldn't figure it out, asking one another and see if they indeed called me? That's a joke, a patient who worked a full shift, got off work, waited to be seen at a clinic, wouldn't glue to the phone and wait for a call? "Called you 3 times, went straight to voice mail", but no voice messages were left. This is insulting my intelligence.

I went to complete pre hire physical & drug screen. Called a day ahead and emailed all documentation to ensure they could do everything at this facility. Got there at 7:30am to avoid crowd, was the 3rd person to sign in when they opened at 8:00am. At 9:45am they called me up asking what I needed to be done, then called my employer after being there for 2 hours. At 11:00am they emailed me the FoxForm to complete. At 11:45am I completed drug screen, blood pressure, height, weight and vision then sent back to the lobby. At 12:45pm got into see Doctor to complete physical. At 1:35pm I was released. It is very frustrating that a simple physical took 5-1/2 hours, ridiculous!
