My labs feet are cut all different sizes. No drying of both my labs. Told one price through text another price at the door then another price when invoice came to my email. All services not provided as stated. Run DO NOT GET YOUR BABY groomed here. I’m calling on Monday to complain! Horrible service

Texts and communication was good, Alex was kind, friendly and calm. I've never had a cat groomed before, and had to agree to no drugs for my older short-haired cat who has anxiety going to vet appts and uses prescribed gabapenten to calm her, which I explained to them in email before booking. I mistakenly thought a pro groomer had tools or methods to calm a distressed cat. Their prices weren't showing on their website so they told me $150 for full shave with nails clipped and ears cleaned. I thought that was a lot but my cat needed help as she is in pain. They arrived on time and I told Alex my cat didn't need nails clipped or ears cleaned because she just had that done at the vet. After 15 minutes in their van he brought her back in her carrier and told me they couldn't complete her grooming because she was not cooperative, and charged me $125, which I paid cash. All they did was shave the middle of her back down her spine - that isn't where any mats were. I think a fair and generous price would have been $75 at most. He said they were half done, which is not true. No mats were shaved off, nothing else done to her. I called my vet and they said most groomers prefer pets with anxiety use doctor-prescribed drugs before grooming. I didn't know. They should have rejected my appointment request when I explained my cat's behavior. And if you schedule a grooming be sure to get clear charges so you won't be overcharged if they can't groom your pet.

They shaved my 2 beautiful Australian Shepherds... I can't even believe this happened. I sent very specific grooming instructions. When they showed up, they disregarded my instructions and asked my husband, who doesn't know anything about grooming, if he wanted the "summer cut," and he said ya sure. So, instead of grooming my dogs, they just shaved them. They didn't do any work I couldn't have done myself. Why would you ever shave a dog that wasn't seriously matted? My dogs had minimal matting. I've been grooming their beautiful coats for over 5 years. Stay away from these people they just want to do quick shave jobs and expect to get paid like real groomers.

Purrfect Groomer is awful! They shaved my 6 lb. dog without my permission. I approved 1" puppy cut because her hair was long. My vet had advised not to take my pups to a regular groomer due to the deadly dog virus. My tiny girl is pitiful now. When she comes in after going potty, she is shivering even wearing a sweater. It's winter!! It's been 3 weeks! What were they thinking! She is 10 years old and never been shaved. These groomers also hurt both pup's feet cutting their nails. Weeks later, they are still licking their feet in pain. I was in shock and did not say anything when they left but with encouragement from friends and family, I left 3 messages on their phone to talk to them about this and no one called me back. Clearly these people don't know how to groom small dogs. BEWARE!

Need your cat groomed? DON'T LOOK ANY FURTHER!!!!! CALL THESE GUYS! SERIOUSLY! CALL THEM!!!! My adult son passed away and left his rescue senior cat, Sophia. They bonded pretty tight (LONG story behind that). Let's just say - the cat was fiercely loyal to my son! My debilitating grief made it too difficult to work w/my little dog and her to tolerate one another. We thought we found her a good home but they returned her after nine months. I am glad they gave her back rather than giving her to a shelter. However, she came back super matted and claws that were in dire need of a clipping. I requested app online, PURRFECT GROOMERS IMMEDIATELY TEXT ME WITH APP THE FOLLOWING WEEK! Friday - they text me to let me know they were 30 min out and to get her into carrier. Despite working with her for 7 days to get her use to carrier - I ended up having to wrap her in towel and shove her in a poorly designed soft shell carrier I use for my little dog. I never experienced a cat so hard to get in a carrier. It's probably because she has been rehomed five times in the last three years! She was so stressed out! I was crying because I had to do this to my son's loyal friend!!! Alex was super nice and made me feel understood and calmed me down! He also had a way of calming the cat! They ended up having to shave her - despite the semi bald cat - she looks way cute. THE PROCESS TOOK ABOUT 15 MINUTES! She went into the closet to hide while I paid. But came back out immediatly to eat. She didn't seem pissed off at me either. To top it off - she finally started grooming herself again! I am sure she didn't before because the matting made it hard to move. I thought she would be hiding for days. I couldn't be more grateful for their GENTLENESS with her and ABILITY TO CALM DOWN A FREAKED OUT CAT and a freaked out me! I am so glad I found these people! If you have a cat that needs groomed - call them! Call ONLY THEM! BTW- The cat will stay with us and we are determined to spoil her rotten! Her and the dog are learning to tolerate each other's existence. PURRFECT GROOMERS LIVE UP TO THEIR NAME!!!

I would not recommend this company. I had similar Alex issues with the marijuana; but that was really not the issue. They were a no show on our scheduled appointment in October. We had a whole year scheduled out in advance. I texted, emailed and called to no avail. They never called / texted back. No communication. This is not professional. It wasn't until I texted from a different number that I found out they are no longer servicing us with no notice. Disappointed.

Giving this business 4 instead of 5 stars because I was not able to actually receive services from them (my own fault). I want to leave a review because their customer service was stellar! I reached out because I do not have proof of vaccinations in order to book an appointment. Someone reached out very quickly and helped me by offering several resolutions! Unfortunately, still unable to book since it isn't even my pet (was just trying to help) but the customer service alone is worth it for me to post. Yay! Thank you!
