A Purrfect Groomer is a great mobile grooming business that lives up to its name. They are professional, friendly, prompt, and so easy to work with. The groomers show great gentleness and a clear ability to calm down a freaked out cat and a freaked out owner. They are very compassionate and know how to read the pets, providing excellent service. Their customer service is also stellar, with staff reaching out very quickly to help and offer solutions. The process can be remarkably efficient, with some grooms taking only about fifteen minutes. Pets are treated with understanding and care, leaving owners feeling grateful and calmed. Even a super stressed, senior, or matted cat can leave looking cute and immediately return to normal behaviors like eating and grooming itself. The business is highly recommended by its clients, who are so glad they found these people. For anyone with a cat that needs grooming, customers emphatically suggest calling them.
I've been a customer of Dana & Alex for over 6 years, since they had a brick & mortar location. They have taken care of my precious babies like they were their own and I am most grateful for that. I know when I hand them their leash they treat and care for them as if they were their own and that brings me such peace.
After reading the reviews on here I am completely dumbfounded! Every experience I have had with Dana and Alex have been nothing short of phenomenal. My German Shepherd has always came back to my home perfectly groomed and smiling. Any advice or referrals I have asked them for have turned great results for my animal and I. No animal in my home would ever be groomed elsewhere.
Alex and his staff are awesome. I've been taking "Brutus" our German Shephard there for years, never been an issue and always does a great job !! Plus shuttles Brutus to and from , total BONUS!!
