We take our two dogs and one cat here for all their health care needs. The entire staff, from the front desk staff to the vet technicians to the vets, are all friendly, compassionate and competent. On this particular visit, one of our dogs was overweight and needing dental services. Dr. Tru gave me great instructions on how start helping our dog lose weight. She also scheduled our dog for a dental exam to further to her dental issues.
I’ve been to Midtown Animal Hospital several times over the last three years for my two cats—most visits planned in advance, with one or two semi-emergencies—and the staff is consistently warm and seems to like cats. We’ve gotten in and out relatively quickly every time. On one visit, the vet I worked with downplayed my tuxedo cat’s major anxiety (he always pants, cries, and pees himself when he’s out in a carrier), but on my recent visit, the vet prescribed him gabapentin, for which I am extremely grateful.
Dr. True has taken care of our pets for many years now. She’s amazing, knowledgeable and very honest. Her team is great as well. Even though pets hate going to the vet, everyone there always manages to handle them with care and professionalism.
