Amin Greeted us at the front door, told us all about their services and then during the treatment made sure we were super comfortable, had whatever snacks we needed and overall had a great time. Noel was administering the IV. She did a great job, making sure that I was comfortable with everything and enjoyed my treatment to the fullest. He was right! Jenny is truly an amazing soul and her spa is a small reflection of how amazing she is. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming, she answered all my questions in a very eloquent and professional manner. I waited for about 3 minutes before the aesthetic Doctor Alex came to call me in. Alex was thorough when going over my medical history, she answered all my questions eloquently and professionally as well. What I loved was that she did not rush through answering my questions and she did not push for an upsell. She listened to my needs and wants and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I did 25 units on my forehead and 5 units around the eyes. It’s been one week since my visit to Skinsation LA and I can honestly say I am loving Loving LOVING MY RESULTS! Alex did such an amazing Job, it looks beautiful and natural and I just feel good, like really really GOOD??❤️

“After waxing for maybe the last 3 years, I frequently had ingrowns, shortly thereafter. It was extremely frustrating and so I tried laser hair removal. Well its been a week and a half since my first appointment, and not a ingrown in sight, and the hair already is growing back slower than before. Tara was extremely informational regarding the process and I would highly recommend this facility. I'm looking forward to see how much greater this will get as I go through the package I purchased.“

“I am OBSESSED with this place. Tyler and Doctor Z are amazing. I went in for a consult on a far more expensive treatment and they told me I should proceed with something else (less expensive and more effective for what I needed) - which has been amazing and needless to say, hard to come by. This office cares about quality not quantity or selling you.

Tyler knows everything about skincare and is extremely diligent and careful about what you need. He really takes an individualized approach. Even with a skincare routine, he frequently asks me, how does your skin react to this acid or a different one? Instead of applying a one size fits all mentality. He cares so much that be follows up with you over text at night, in the morning, he really wants you to feel supported like if you forget what the next steps are, etc.

He’s given me a whole routine and a cycle for three months in terms of what treatments to get for my desired goals.

Also, the doctor is so conservative even though I asked him to do so many things and he talked me out of it yet at the same time is very much wanting to help me achieve my goals.

I wish I could tell EVERY MOM to go here because the self-care is unparalleled. (Plus FREE parking right next door and Tyler is just so lovely and accommodating). It couldn’t be easier.

So far, I’ve gotten multiple facials, peels and injections (so excited about my results). And they are constantly innovating and offering new services. I feel like I’m going to a spa but with total medical direction minus the BS of an actual Medspa trying to upsell.“

“I was in need of a Hydrafacial after returning from an 8-night stay in Saint Lucia, managing a new home purchase in LA, and running three companies. My wife warned me, "Ameen, if you don't get a Hydrafacial today, I'll be doing the extractions myself!" Today was hectic from 5:30 AM to 7:00 PM, but I was lucky to speak with Adriana, the Clinic Manager, at 3:50 PM. She managed to fit me in with Katarina for a 5 PM Hydrafacial. From my first call to arriving at My Botox LA, everyone was so welcoming and professional. The location was clean, comforting, and spacious, and my Hydrafacial wasn't rushed. Katie was thorough, informative, and made it one of the best Hydrafacial experiences I've had. Although my wife and I own two medical spas, I couldn't visit ours today, and we don't offer the Hydrafacial at our LA location yet. I believe there's enough business for everyone, so I'm more than happy to support another medspa. I highly recommend booking with My Botox LA if you need a Hydrafacial.
