I took a suit jacket to get tailored. The owner knew I was coming in but left early. An employee of hers took pictures of me in the jacket to send to the owner. She told me this would be no problem and that the owner would know exactly what to do. Unfortunately a week later 3 days before the wedding I went back on my scheduled date to pick up the jacket which she "did on a rush". I put the jacket on and realized it was actually worse than before. She had steamed the lapel and called it a day. She said "this jacket won't fit you. Your chest is too large. You should have ordered a bigger size". She could have told me that from the pictures. She could have told me that earlier in the week. No suit jacket for me at the wedding. I will be the only groomsman without a suit jacket. Thanks Wild Lotus.

I called this morning to see if I could get my husband pants taken in, was told yes. That If u brought them in now (9am) they would be done by 3pm today. My husband and I went, I stayed in the car while he went up stairs. To my surprise the lady told him she didnt want to do it and it was a $100. After she gave the price she must have just flat out made up her mind she didnt, gave back the pants and told him no. He obviously came down and told me what happen, we were in a rush so I didnt have time to go up and talk to her. What she did was so unprofessional and unethical. How are they still in business ?

If I could give 0 stars I would. The communication here is terrible! This place doesn't care if your clothing fits you after paying a good deal of money. I had two expensive items that needed altering and I was willing to pay the extra $ to get it done right. Initially, I dealt with Karina who was very helpful. I paid $ 120.00 for the alterations. I had to pick the pieces up in a rush without trying them on and realized they didn't fit when I got them home. I called Karina and asked if I could bring them back to be tweaked and she said absolutely. When I came in Karina was out of town and her seamstress was running things. She could hardly speak any English(which she admitted) and things were very confusing but she acted familiar with my pieces since I literally had just picked them up, and I assumed the policy was that I didn't have to pay additionally for items that didn't fit. When I came to pick them up they charged me an additional $70.00!! When I argued that I didn't think I should have to pay again for the same pieces I'd already paid to be altered, she said I'd gotten additional things done to the garments. I told her that all I came in for was to get the pieces to fit me properly and whatever was done to achieve that goal wasn't communicated clearly as costing additional money. I told her the language barrier made things really confusing and that it was not made clear to me that I'd be paying again! She said that they already did the work and I had to pay! I didn't even want to get into the fact that both of the pieces still didn't fit and one of them looks puckered and cuts into my underarm because I didn't want to get any deeper into this money pit! I don't feel like this business takes pride in its work or satisfaction of their costumers. The person that referred me deals with a lot of high profile clientele and I will most definitely be letting her know she might think twice before referring anyone else. I feel really taken advantage of!! I'm sorry I ever came here! For that price I could have gone to the creme of the crop in Beverly Hills! I now have to find another tailor and pay them to do the alterations. At this rate I could have bought another size in the clothes I altered to avoid them looking worse then when I took them in. I'm out $200.00 with items that don't fit! You should care more that your costumers that pay good money for alterations have clothes that fit them!
