Don was responded quickly and I was able to drop off my computer the same night. He had it ready for me the next day, I got home with my computer and did experience some issues, which Don told me I am welcome to bring it back, for him to locate any issues that maybe happened in transport (free of charge). I’m somewhat computer savvy so I figured out the issue without the need, but it was excellent knowing he was available and willing to help. Don Myers is knowledgeable, reasonable, accessible and patient. As a senior citizen, I experienced having my Chrome browser overtaken by Microsoft Edge with no ability to have it removed since I had no password or PIN. I was able to reach out to Don on a Saturday, and he repaired it in 24 hours and Found that Chrome Extensions were blocking my downloads of Chrome. In order to help me resolve the issue (since i couldn’t access my Citi bank account online) he was relentless in making sure my Chrome was accessible on Sunday and that i understood the fix.
