I’m honestly shocked by the negative reviews. I’ve brought my dog here for the past 5 years since she was a puppy and always received good care. She’s had two surgeries which I was super anxious about and all went well. In my experience the doctors have always been kind and listened to my concerns. I’m the person that will opt in for the additional testing when offered up because I want peace of mind. Yes, it’s definitely pricey, but personally I will pay any amount to ensure my baby gets the best possible care when needed. I am so pleased with Dr. Chapman and the entire staff at WHAH. Dr. Chapman always takes the time to explain everything that is going on with my dogs, what our options are if any issues arise, and her personal recommendation. I don't feel like she is ever pushing towards a decision so she can make an extra buck but only for what is in the best interest of my babies.
