Fernando is a hair God! He knows his stuff, he listens, he advises and he takes his time to make sure your hair is perfect. He's not a trendy Instagram stylist with outrageous prices. He knows hair, he knows people and his rates are reasonable. I literally sit in his chair and let him do whatever he wants and it's always amazing. My favorite thing about his style and cuts though, is that I can go 6 months without a haircut and his cuts still hold their shape and style amazingly!

West End Salon is an unfussy, unpretentious salon that delivers the highest quality service. Fernando is a GENIUS with color. He rescued my brassy blonde hair (thanks to DIY color at home) and wove in my natural dark blonde lowlights with beautiful baby blonde highlights (and no bleach!) No upsell at West End as I had booked a full head of highlights but Fernando advised that a half head would be adequate for my hair and for the overall-blonder look I desired. As if the exceptional skill/expertise and service isn't enough, Fernando is a delightful, wonderful person. I've been following him since the 90s - that's how good he is. This was my first time ever getting a Brazilian wax so I was a bit nervous. Vicky is absolutely incredible!! Kind, professional, and made me feel totally comfortable. The room is extremely clean and organized and the table was even slightly heated. Felt so lucky to have such a great experience doing something I had always worried over. Thank you Vicky!!
