I have been a member of Parsley Health since 2021. Two and a half years later, I am not as happy with them as and I am even considering cancelling my membership. Back in 2021, I think they were much smaller than they are now and the quality of care seemed much better.Today, I feel like it is almost impossible to get ahold of your doctor or to get a message back from the membership team. They advertise “unlimited messaging” when recently it has been taken multiple days or even weeks to respond to my concerns.Their prices keep going up year after year, and the package that had 5 visits per year only has 4 now. I worked with Parsley for two years and had a great experience. I cancelled before the start of my third year and was charged the annual fee of $1300 anyway. It took 9 weeks to receive my refund, with no communication from the care team when I messaged through the portal. This was a bad ending to an otherwise great two years.

Root Cause Resolution for the win! I enrolled in Parsley Health, hoping to manage chronic fatigue, poor immunity, and digestive problems, and wound up learning and treating so much more! After blood work and a specialty test, I learned that I was suffering from SIBO, and this was actually the root cause of most of my problems. I had had it so long that we learned it was leading to vitamin deficiencies. My doc put me on the right path the health and healing, and I haven't felt this ALIVE or healthy in YEARS!
