I had a hair color and cut with Abigail, assisted by Summer, and both were great. I’m very happy with my cut and color. Abigail made thoughtful suggestions along the way, and everything came together really well.
The only part of the experience I didn’t like was the tipping process at checkout. I was told while checking out that the tip I am leaving on my credit card would go only to Abigail, and that to tip Summer, I would need to do venmo or cash. I asked whether a tip left on the card could be split between them, but was told that it could not be. I don’t recall seeing this mentioned in the appointment email or instructions I received beforehand....read full review
I had a really great experience here. Abigail took the time to understand what I wanted and gave helpful suggestions that actually worked for my hair. The cut turned out great, it’s easy to manage, and exactly what I was hoping for. I’ll definitely be coming back.
Natty Jackson is AMAZING for color. I’m blonde and I came in saying I wanted to find my signature color and look. Together we came out with the perfect shade of blonde, she knows me so well now that sometimes she’ll add in a new tone to try out and I love it even more every single time! Not only that she has gotten my hair soooo healthy. That is so important to me with bleaching my hair. It’s so soft, thicker and longer than ever. I get compliments everywhere I go. She does great styles and cuts too. Request her when you come in. The salon itself is amazing you feel pampered every time!
