I was so lucky to snag a walk-in appointment at Jackie’s Nails—and wow, what a find! Jackie is an absolute gem. She completely saved my feet, transforming them from chipped, dry, and dehydrated to looking fresh, clean, and healthy. She even helped repair a toenail that’s healing from runner’s toe, with so much care and attention to detail. I’m officially a regular now—couldn’t recommend her more!

Jackie has moved to a brand-new location: 8034 Santa Monica Blvd., West Hollywood, CA 90046. Her new location is small, quite elegant. She has partnered with Susie's Hair Salon operating out of the same facility. This is not a place for walk-ins. It is by appointment only typically for her old loyal customers. She has been doing this a long time and is more experienced than any other aesthetician in Southern California. I have yet to find better. I had a manicure + pedicure today. It is flawless. Jackie is the only one that truly understands how to deal with callous, foot fungus (yuck), ingrown toenails and other podiatric issues. My feet are now baby soft. I feel like a new person. She spent considerable time on my hands and feet. When I look at what I spent considering how much time it took I can only say it was a great value. Whas it a bargain mani-pedi? No. You don't come here for a bargain mani-pedi. You see Jackie because you want perfection. You also see her because you have some problem with callous and/or nails and need an experienced expert. My New Year's resolution is to come here every three weeks. I have lots of foot problems and Jackie is my savior. This was money VERY WELL SPENT.

I'm new to the area and it has been a while since I've had a pani/medi done. I've stumbled across this place that is walking distance from my house and the ladies are super nice and you feel like family. Plus there is the cutest yorkie there. My technician has been Kim these last three times that I've gone and she is fabulous. I promise to continue to go every two weeks.
