HOLLYWAY TO THE RESCUE!! I came to town for a family member's wedding and planned to wear a pleated gown that my sister had borrowed a month earlier. She had taken it to another cleaner in the Valley, but we didn't inspect it thoroughly enough after picking it up-- the morning of the wedding when we took the dress out of the plastic, we were HORRIFIED! It was full of stains and water rings that hadn't been there before -- it was so egregious we couldn't believe another dry cleaner could let it leave a facility like that.
