Carlos is nothing short of a genius. (And perhaps one of the nicest humans on the planet but let's talk about hair first.) I have been seeing Carlos for 20+ years for straightening and color. We have progressed from Japanese straightening to Keratin but my last service was for a new plant-based straightening product called MAGIC SLEEK. And OMG, magic doesn't even begin to describe it. The texture, shine and overall appearance of my hair is, in a word, gorgeous. It doesn't feel chemically treated, in fact it just feels NATURAL.
