Been going on and off for a few years. Customer service was never their best suit, interactions were always terse (fast food workers are happier to see me than these ppl) and I always had to wait awkwardly until they noticed me. Yesterday I stood around for 6 mins, ringing the bell twice and also speaking loudly to be helped.
The guy that’s steaming saw me but ignored me. There was another person walking around behind all the clothes but I couldn’t make eye contact. Surely they heard the bell and my voice but they were just avoiding. I guess with their business being slow post covid they probably cut their staff to the minimum. I've been using them for many decades---reliable, nice people- the do a great job, have never lost antyhing and cleaning is always ready when they say it will be...what more could you ask for from a cleaning establishment?
