Today I had the privilege of meeting Alysha and trying my first emsculpt session and it's safe to say that I'm obsessed. First and foremost, Alysha was so kind and so informative. She answered every single question that I had, providing real fact based answers in a way that I could actually understand. absolutely incredible experience! Alysha is so sweet and explained all the science behind Emsculpt! it was a weird sensation (but i kind of loved it) and no pain whatsoever. it took 30 min and it was the equivalent of doing 24,000 crunches which is so insane - all while i caught up on watching my show! the machine also does lymphatic drainage so you don’t experience any soreness after. 10/10 experience
