Daddy Don seems absent minded and the fact that he used the incorrect SSN the first year we hired him made me really question his state of mind. The second time we hired him was unfortunate because he failed to file our taxes by April 15th and got defensive when we confronted him to provide us the e-file receipt. Clearly he had not filed on time and then suddenly remembered that “he had mailed our tax so we waited months but it turned out that the IRS had no record of our returns. After using Donald, I stopped having to worry about my taxes. I submit a file to him every month and know that it's gonna get taken care of, and he is very transparent about the amount of time he takes to do the work. I'm glad to have him.
