We were so happy we went with Delta Building and Safety. We did a remodel when we first moved to our home and it was a headache (took 2x as long as promised and was a very torturous process). This time we wanted to convert our garage into a ADU building, to get extra space. When we had our first meeting with Delta we were very clear on timeframes, what could be done and what we shouldn't be doing. We went to Los Angeles during pandemic. And we were lucky enough to stay at grandparents' empty apartment because they were in oversea and we had their apartment all by ourselves. However during the stay, I found there was a leak & some other problems in the bathroom. After I told my grandpa and he wanted me to help him to find a good company to redo his bathroom when he comes back. I called couple construction companies and I like Delta building & safety the most. Mori called me back at a timely manner and gave me all the solid answers. We worked with Mori - who did a great job designing our kitchen - she helped us with counters, cabinets, gave great advice on what tiles to buy through her company (most) vs. a few things we went out and bought ourselves on Wayfair due to price. Her design was great. The countertop is gorgeous and the cabinets look great. She also gave really good advice to us on our bath (we designed it ourselves mostly) and recommended an amazing contractor who we LOVE!!! I look forward to them returning to help us finalize our second bath soon! Mori is amazing.
