I highly recommend checking them out for any needs you may have. Horrible Experience – Do NOT Go Here!
I went to Skin and Beauty Center, Inc. after being assured by Rechel that Dr. Saadat was experienced with Botox for hooded eyes. I trusted their word, which I now regret deeply.
From the start, things felt unprofessional. When the doctor injected me, I never saw any Botox bottles, only needles. Even my receipt was just a flat charge of $560 with no breakdown of what I actually received. That alone should have been a red flag.
The very next day my face began to feel strange. I texted Rechel to confirm that it was Botox, and she said yes. I sent her photos, and she brushed it off, telling me to “let everything settle” and wait 10 days. By day 2, I had developed horrible headaches that only got worse. By August 5, my lips felt weird as well (I also had a lip flip). The headaches and dizziness became debilitating. I now live with ice packs on my head, pain medications, and nerve blockers just to function.
When I told them about these issues, instead of concern or accountability, they only told me to come back in—but completely refused to issue a refund. Meanwhile, I have been forced to see multiple doctors to rule out other causes, and everyone agrees I have to wait for this Botox to wear off to see if I return to normal.
This has been a nightmare. The carelessness, lack of transparency, and dismissive responses are unacceptable. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB and will continue reporting them to every agency I can.
Save yourself the pain, money, and risk—DO NOT GO HERE. RUN!
