Village Cleaners is highly praised for its exceptional service and results in the San Fernando Valley. Customers are impressed by the staff's hospitality and expertise, noting their ability to remove tough stains, including those from designer clothing. The owner goes above and beyond, even calling in a seamstress to assist with urgent alterations. The shop is described as clean, and the prices are considered great. Many customers have experienced excellent service, with staff being professional and reliable, always taking great care of clothes. Their alteration service is top-notch, ensuring everything comes back looking perfect every time. The staff shows patience and care, sometimes waiting years for customers to pick up their items, and even charging the old rates to show they value long-term relationships. One customer was especially thrilled with the restoration of an oriental rug that seemed hopelessly muddy after being left outside. Village Cleaners is a recommended spot for anyone needing reliable cleaning and tailoring services.
I had such a great experience here! I brought in a satin piece for dry cleaning and had my pants hemmed—and both turned out beautifully. The satin was handled with so much care, and the tailoring on my pants was precise and flattering.
You can really tell they pay attention to detail and take pride in their work. The quality is high, and everything came back looking polished and perfect.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for reliable, high-quality dry cleaning and alterations!
I always take my suits here they always come back perfect. I forgot to pick it up for a few months and she still had it waiting for me! I spilled black pen ink on my white dodger jersey I thought it would be stained forever when I got it back no ink at all and this was a month after staining my jersey. Best cleaners great times and easy to work with. She makes magic happen and great service! All of this and great prices I’ve lived in Reseda forever the value and quality of this place can’t be beat!
